There were many questions in the DMV test that were not covered in the sample dmv tests.

It seems like the same tests you can get for free on the DMV website. But some questions are seem to be worded differently, so I'm not sure if it was worth buying or not!

Somehow I deleted the original information you sent me so I requested it be resent to me. I very promptly received it. Thank you, I saw only one or two test questions from all the material I studied on my DMV test. I was surprised. Actually, I must have failed to answer four or five test questions and some of my answers that I got correct were just very lucky guesses. I asked the examiner how many people fail the DMV written exam. She said roughly one-third fail on the first attempt and that it is a very challenging exam. I must say, not many of the test questions on my DMV exam reflected anything useful to a driver. I am turning 79 in April and it's as if the DMV wants to get drivers off the road and they are using the DMV written exam to do it. But thank you for your useful information. It was helpful to me and I'm glad I purchased it and studied it.
