I didn't pass every single endorsement on the first attempt, however none of them took more than two attempts. The cheat sheets definitely provided more information that the practice tests on the government website. I got my CDL class A learners permit with all endorsements ((except hazmat) requires more leg work) for less than 100$ with no formal training all by myself. Then turned around and got picked up for free trucking school with a carrier.

Although there were quite a few questions on my DMV test that were not covered in the "cheat sheet", there were enough studied that I was able to pass the exam.
